Yoga; 8a-9:15a Lindsay Crawford / Wild Forest Wisdom

Lindsay is thrilled to be able to share the power of yoga through a lens of beauty and connection. For her session, you will be met as you are, with a chance to dive deeply into who and what that truly is. All are welcomed and encouraged to join no matter your experience or your “capabilities”. There is a place for you. To truly attain “Yoga” is to unite. Unite with yourSelf, with each other, nature, and all that is. Let it start with your breath. Then your movement. Allowing space to rest and listen to see what is ready to be revealed for us individually and collectively.

Opening Blessing; 930a Francesca Bailey

Francesca is a member of the Passamaquoddy Tribe from Downeast Maine, living in Washington, ME. She has been drumming and singing since she was 10 years old. Fran is also a passionate traditional dancer and is working on bringing her language back by learning to speak and teach it when she can. She has been a licensed massage therapist for 23 years, having graduated from Downeast School of Massage.

Sacred Hips: Release Restore & Receive /Yoga Tune Up; 11a Murielle Corwin / Sundara Yoga

Therapeutic Ball Rolling/Yoga Tune Up®, is a 'whole body' regenerative fitness system integrating elements of Yoga and body therapy.

This work includes the use of massage balls, which is like receiving a deep tissue massage. This is an easy approach to roll out tension and help identify where stagnation occurs in different areas of the body.

This class will focus on releasing deep-seated hip tension, improving mobility, and restoring natural balance in the surrounding tissues.

No matter which level or physical discipline you teach or practice, Therapeutic Ball Rolling/Yoga Tune Up® can create radical change in your body.

Food As Medicine Kitchen Demos

10:30amBrine and Shine!

Discover how a simple jar of vegetables can become something extraordinary. In this demonstration, you'll learn the difference between pickling and fermenting, why fermented foods are celebrated for supporting a healthy microbiome, and how both methods reduce food waste while adding bold flavor, crunch, and plenty of umami to your table. Sample a variety of homemade pickles and ferments, then watch just how easy it is to mix up a quick refrigerator pickle brine or ferment. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or simply pickle-curious, you'll leave inspired to preserve the season—one jar at a time.

11:30amMidlife didn't come with a new nutrition manual. But it really should have.

Join the founders of MenoPantry for a fun, practical introduction to exactly what your changing body needs now. You'll learn the simple 30-30-30 approach: 30 grams of protein per meal, 30 grams of fiber per day, and 30 different plants each week—and why these three shifts can make such a difference for energy, muscle, metabolism, gut health, and healthy aging.

This session will help close the gap between "I know nutrition matters" and actually knowing what to eat on any given day. We'll share a simple one-page guide, a take-home tracker, and walk through a real day of eating together to show just how achievable—and delicious—it can be.
